::::::First, you add a interwiki prefix. You can do that on a page called Special:Interwiki. If you don't have a page like that, you may need to contact wikia to add the prefix for you. Once you've done that, you add a link to each page. For example, I added <nowiki>[[fr:Médailles]]</nowiki> to the Medal page, and you should add <nowiki>[[en:Medal]]</nowiki> to your Medal page. That should create a language link in the sidebar.
