Three Fantasia Mickey Ver. A medals in addition to two 5★ Good Fairy medals of the matching color are used to evolve a 5★ medal to 6★.
When 5 Broom Servant medals are used to evolve a Fantasia Mickey Ver. A medal, it will turn into a Fantasia Mickey Ver. B medal.
You can obtained Fantasia Mickey medal by completing the High level mission in Evolution Daily Dungeon on Friday or by beating a high level Guard Armor or Guard Armor Subspecies.
