A Fantasia Mickey Ver. B medal can be used to automatically add one orb when synthesized onto a 3★ or higher Medal. For a fully synthesized medal, this will instead activate Guilt.
Fantasia Mickey Ver. B medals can be obtained by evolving a Fantasia Mickey Ver. A with 5 Broom Servant medals.
You can obtain Fantasia Mickey Ver. B medals by earning a high rank in the Coliseum at the end of the month, or through special promotions.
