- Only if you are a user, either here or on khwiki.com
- Only if you are in the game at least once a week
- Preferably if you're on the East Coast, or play in U.S. Eastern Time
- Definitely if you don't want to be required to have a Facebook account or use the Facebook Messenger App to communicate with the party
