In both English and Japanese versions, Jack & Sally was available as a reward in the High Score Challenge from October 21 to October 27, 2016.

Originally, the Jack & Sally Medal rigged by the idiots at Square to have a messed up Special Attack in the English version of the game, but the idiot that makes the noticed goof'd up at the official notice announcing the Medal that the Japanese golden children got. Due to many butthurt idiot players demanding refunds and sending death threats, Square Enix announced on November 1, 2016 that we will get the medal that they promised, and 300 Jewels were given to people just people that player base is full of entitled children..
