Story summary

The Player is going to visit Aladdin. Meanwhile, Jafar discovers that Aladdin is the "diamond in the rough". Aladdin brings Jasmine to his house, but Guards arrest Aladdin on Jafar's order.

Script

Before quest

• Jafar: "Part, sands of time. Reveal to me the one who can enter the Cave."
• Jafar: "Yes, yes! There he is. My diamond in the rough!"
• Jafar: "Let's have the guards extend him an invitation to the palace, shall we?"

• Jasmine: "Is this where you live?"
• Aladdin: "Yes, just me and Abu. We come and go as we please."
• Jasmine: "It sounds fabulous."
• Aladdin: "Well, it's not much, but it's got a great view."
• Aladdin: "The palace looks pretty amazing, huh?"
• Jasmine: "...It's wonderful."
• Aladdin: "Uh... So, where you from?"
• Jasmine: "What does it matter? I ran away and I am NOT going back."
• Aladdin: "Really? How come?"
• Jasmine: "My father's forcing me to get married."
• Aladdin: "Oh, that's—that's awful."
• Guard: "Here you are!"
• Guard C: "It's the dungeon for you, boy!"
• Jasmine: "Unhand him."
• Jasmine: "By order of the princess."
• Guard C: "Princess Jasmine!"
• Aladdin: "The princess!?"
• Jasmine: "Do as I command. Release him."
• Guard C: "Ah... I would, Princess, except my orders come from Jafar. You'll have to take it up with him."
• Jasmine: "Believe me, I will."
